Specialist Marine Hose

Marine Steering Hose

A lightweight flexible hose unaffected by marine environment, specified by the UK's leading manufacturer of hydraulic marine steering equipment.

This hose provides flexibility and low volumetric expansion for rapid, accurate hydraulic response.

Manufactured from thermoplastic materials and with a polyurethane cover, it is highly kink-resistant with excellent abrasion resistance.

Compared with conventional wire reinforced rubber hoses, marine steering hose is up to 70% lighter.

Using brass permanently attached couplings there will be no risk of hose failure due to coupling corrosion.

It's construction using top quality material gives it superiority in its application within engine compartments of fishing boats, work boats, pleasure craft, etc.

A very tight bend radius capability aids compact installations and using good quality clamps dispenses with the need to cuff the hoses, thus avoiding damage to the hose end.

It is also an ideal fuel hose with DNV Approval and can be used with total confidence in marine generator applications.

Lloyds Approval Cert. 99/00027(E1)APP

DNV Approval Cert. S-3597APP

Rina Approval Cert. DIP/4855/03/CS/E/1

Temperature Range:

-30°C to + 100°C can also be used for oil suction and delivery.

Sanitation Hose

Extra heavy duty sanitation hose of smooth white vinyl specially compounded to provide excellent resistance to odour permeation. A hard PVC helix gives good flexibility and bend radius.
